Founded in 1995, Master Development Corporation (“MDC”) is a developer and general contractor of industrial buildings throughout Southern California.  MDC’s development product includes:

• Large, dock high warehouse buildings
  (100,000 S.F. – 1,000,000 S.F.)
• Mid-range, corporate image buildings
  (50,000 S.F. – 100,000 S.F.)
• Freestanding industrial buildings
  (10,000 S.F. – 30,000 S.F.)
• Small office buildings
  (3,000 S.F. – 10,000 S.F.)

In addition to vertical developments, MDC has been actively acquiring value-added existing properties since 2004. MDC’s current business plan under its 180 million joint venture with GE Asset Management seeks a 50/50 balance between developments and acquisitions.

Over 6.5M s.f. of industrial space constructed in 178 buildings with a value in excess of $500M.
